This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not embed third-party content that sets cookies. Apart from the CliniDesign preview form described below, it has no forms.

When you call, email or book an appointment, the information you share is handled by Harlow Bend Sports and Injury Chiropractic under its patient privacy practices, including HIPAA where it applies. Please do not send health details by plain email.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a short period.

The free preview form on this sample

This is a sample site. Harlow Bend Sports and Injury Chiropractic is an invented practice. CliniDesign, a brand of High Leverage Analytics LLC, made the site to show one of its designs, and the "free preview" card and form on its pages belong to CliniDesign.

If you send that form, it sends what you type (your name, practice name, email address, phone number, current website and message) to CliniDesign, with the design and specialty you were viewing, the address of the page, the time you opened the form, and whether you checked the box that allows calls or texts about your request. CliniDesign uses it only to reply to you about your practice website. Its privacy policy says how it stores these details and how to have them deleted.

When you close the card or send the form, the page keeps one setting in your browser's session storage, so the card stays closed until you close the tab. It is not a cookie, and the page does not send it anywhere.
