Tell us what you train for and when. We plan care around your race, meet or game, and tell you which sessions to keep, change or skip for now.

The exam looks at how you move

We watch you squat, lunge, hop or run, then examine the sore joint and the ones above and below it. The sore spot is not always where the problem starts.

When we send you elsewhere

A joint that gives way, swelling that will not settle, or pain that wakes you at night can need imaging or an orthopedic surgeon. We refer you and send our notes.

Questions about sports injuries

Do I have to stop training?

Usually not completely. We look for the training you can keep and change the rest until the injured area can take load again.

Do you see high school athletes?

Yes. A parent or guardian signs the forms for anyone under 18 and is welcome in the room for every visit.
